Rick Bero featured speaker at MIPLA October meeting
On October 13, 2009 Rick Bero was the featured speaker at the October meeting of the Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association. He discussed the importance of reaching a practical definition of the technology in constructing a reasonable royalty rate in patent damages. He also discussed recent Federal Circuit and district court decisions regarding patent damages.
